The crankbrothers Synthesis E 29\" aluminium wheelset was fine-tuned front and rear specifically to the requirements of Enduro riding and racing. For example, the more compliant front wheel with its wider rim provides improved handling and maximises grip and control in corners. On the other hand, the stiff rear wheel with its slightly narrower rim compensates for load peaks, increases stability and keeps the track at high speed. The wheelset has been built with reliable Synthesis standard hubs; crankbrothers has added extra strength to the rims through a welding and sleeve joint process.
