Epic Mountain Bike will accept any item for return within 30 days of receiving your delivery in exchange for a store credit. Just make sure that the item(s) are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to reject your return if it is not in the original condition. Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, apparels, components or accessories products as we are unable to accept returns on these products.
If you believe your apparels has a fault, please email [email protected] with your order information and a photo of the fault. We are here to help. A new item will be sent out immediately or you will be fully refunded.
If you have not received your credit note via email within the time-frame and your tracking information states that your return has been received by us, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us at [email protected] We recommend using a tracked method of postage to return your item(s) to us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.
