The 40 mm Freeride stem has been developed to adapt to modern geometries (longer wheelbase frames), to maintain an optimal position and gain precision.
40mm is a perfect length for aggressive practices.
For its manufacture, we have used the most high-end processes. In order to combine resistance, rigidity and lightness, we forge these stems in Aluminum 6061 (one of the alloys with the best mechanical characteristics for this type of part).
Once forged, the aluminum parts are re-machined, then “brushed” polished and black anodized. The 100% “laser” markings allow a perfect match with the handlebar.
The new “0 gap” design (no space between the clamps and the body of the stem) further improves rigidity and resistance. This three-piece design also boasts lighter weight without losing reliability.
